PASSING PATTERN PHASE 2
ORGANIZATION
Gride 20 x 15
Players are split in groups of threes and twos, accordingly to the numners available at the moment.
Four manequins or poles or cones, several soccer balls.
DESCRIPTION
Players from group A will play a square pass to player on group C, that upon properly receive will play a diagonal pass to player on group D, that upon receive will play it foward square pass to player on B group.
All player follow their passes for rotation.
Players star at the oposite side of the manequin from where they will receive the pass.

PHASE 3 - SSG (4 X 4 + 1 )
ORGANIZATION
GRID 30 X 20, 9 players per grid (NP) four cones, color vests.
DESCRIPTION
4 x 4 plus a neutral player, players will stay on their formation (DIAMOND SHAPE) stay on their area to keep the shape (3x2 square) Attackimg players are not allowed to challeging inside the square area.
Five consecutive passes = one goal.
After 3 minutes rotate the teams.
PROGRESSION - 2
Now the defenders can be challenge inside their zone.

PHASE 4 - SSG (Passing pattern to target)
Play a regular game with a pattern restriction to score.
One team plays square, diagonal square to target, other team plays diagonal, square,diagonal, to target.

Players from group A will initiate the pattern by play a diagonal pass to player B, player B receives two touches and play a square pass to player c and player C upon receive it play a diagonal pas to player D, player D will finish the pattern to play a square pass to player A.
All player pass and follow the pass.

Start at the manequin and open your body to receive the pass ( BODY SHAPE)
Receive the ball with your back foot, taking a touch foward
