Half space layoff and thru

Description: A, B, C play 3v1 in box for 4 or 5 passes. At 4th pass, they play ball into D. D plays onto E. E attacks towards "edge" of row of cones, and then sharply performs cut move. plays wall pass with D to half space. D plays onto E behind cones for finish on pug.

C moves to D, D moves to E, E to start area. New waiting blue steps into 3v1. New defender steps in. After 3 rotations, defenders swap out.

Yellow is neutral. Each team can take a shift of several neutral turns. Blue vs. Orange to start with red waiting. Rotation: Defense team goes out and Offense to Defense

Rules: Ball must be played into the 1v1 square/player (A). Who can receive in corner or middle. Then teams can play to goal. (Possess to penetrate.) Once in square = Can they combo or find a seam pass to big goal. If team scores, they keep possession and attack the two small goals positioned in half space. Keep possessing until defensive team wins ball and scores off a counter goal.

Points: Big goal off seam pass or combo = 3pts, Big goal = 2pts, Small goals = 1pt

Setup: 9v7. half space marked up to 25 yds.

Game: Players must possess until they get the ball into the marked space and then they can score. Once the ball enters, if they must pass backwards, they have to work it back into one of those spaces before they score. They can attack that space through pass or dribble. then, find seams into box with smart runs to finish.
