Blue team must have 2 players in the wing channel when the ball starts
When the ball gets in the wing channel the wingback needs to push into the channel on defense
The opposite side offensive winger can leave the channel and try and score.
This sets up a 1v1 sitation in the channel
The purpose of this is for the defensive team (2 colors) to work on their shifting and communication and the solid color team to work on their ability to attack down 1 man.
If the Defending team wins possession there is free play until the possession is over. Once the attacking team regains possession the drill starts over with restrictions on the channel.
