Organisation
20 Yards between each cone
After passing player moves to next cone. A-B, B-C) Total of 10 passes in once sequence.
1. Player A plays 1-2 with B and then passes deep to C.
2.After receiving from A, player C drops the ball back to B, who switches the play diagonally across to D at the top of the other triangle
3. On receiving the ball from B, player D starts the same pass and move sequence around the other triangle
4. As soon as the ball is switched from B to D, a new ball starts with the next waiting player at A
5. After F passes to E, he moves to A and joins the back of the queue ready to start the sequence again

Organisation
40×30 yards, with a five-yard channel around the inside edge, leaving a central area of 30×20 yards.
4v4 possession game in the central area and players in the outside channel
The players in the central area try to string five passes together before they can pass to one of their team mates in the outside channel.
When an outside player recives he has two options:
1) He can step into the central area, switching places with the player who gave him the ball
2) Or, if space in front is tight, he can make an unopposed pass to a team mate down the channel.
Once play gets switched to outside channel, a point is scored and possession game continues.
Objective
Switch the play by players drawing the opposition in before going out the other side.
ProgressionTake away limited no. of passes
Outside player can play through the air to opposite outside player.

Central vs Wide Attack (7v7+2)
60x40 SSG
Play begins from goalkeeper, team in possession aim to build up play and score at opposite end.
One team has width in attack whilst the other has width in defence.
The Reds having redcued width in attack forces them to play centrally.
Blues try to switch play and to break down opposition. Reds try to build up centrally using quick combintion play. Team in possession has two additional wide players to stretch play and the opposition.
Coaching Points
Come out from compact areas (ont turn back in)
Scan areas of the pitch
Draw opposition in before switching to areas of space.
Play quickly once space is created.
On posession loss, nearest player presses the ball, win the ball back in 5 seconds.
