Technical
In groups of 4
One pair working for 60 seconds whilst other pair act as servers.
Working players simply have to recieve a pass from server, return the ball and travel around the poles to receive from the opposite server. After 60 seconds rotate the pairs.
Progressions:
1st time pass (ground)
Volley
Chest and volley return
Thigh and volley return
Header
Also: Challenge the working pair when they meet between the poles, shoulder bumps, one slides under the others legs (camaradarie/fun)

Setup-
4v4 or 5v5 with a nuetral player
N plays into team in posession and they must work to get the ball into the 3 mini goals with the other team trying to win the ball back.
If the team in posession score they maintain posession
If the team out of posession win it back they must look to play into N player and then they become the attacking team.

x3 teams (x2 teams of 5 & 1 team of 4)
5 minute matches, each team plays each other once, team not playing to complete sprint practices.
Sprint Session
x5 sprints over 10m distance (vary starting positions e.g. standing start, lying on back start)
"The Box"
Start in the centre of teh sqaure with cones 10m away.
Accelearte to each cne in a rnadom order or reacting to a stimulus (e.g. number/colour of cone)

Incorporate dynamic stretching through the cones.
