Set up - Create a large 15x15 yard box. In the center of the box create a 3x3 yard box. Have 5-6 attacking players with one ball and 2 defensive players.
Facilitation - Attacking players possess the ball in the box with the intent to pass the ball through the central box. Defending players attempt to win the ball while also protecting the central box.
Coaching Points - Defenders need to move laterally and close off the space in the box in order to defend the 'dangerous area' of the box. Defenders should move together and ensure they do not allow the space in the center of them to be split.

Set up two teams both with a 1,2,3,4,5,6,9 set up one neutral team with a 7,8,8,11. Put teams on as large a field as possible, up to a full 11v11 field.
Facilitation - Teams play a normal game, with neutrals always in attacking creating an 11v7 at all times.
Coaching points - Focus on the 4,5,6 and their shape. Ideal shape is a trangle with the point being the 6 higher up the field. This triangle should suround the oposing teams 9 and be in the central area of the field. Players should be prepared to rotate in and out of the triangle when the game demands it.

Create one defending team and one attacking team. Play in a half of the field, going to goal. Attacking team is attempting to score on the goal and the defensive team is attempting to possess the ball to the strikers feet.
