Organization:
20x24 area seperated into 3 grids (size can vary based on ability and numbers)
Instructions:
Star Wars: Each team makes a name for their planet, players are only allowed to stay in side their area of the grid which is their planet. To score points, a keeper from one planet must try to serve the ball by hitting the ground in the opposition's area. First team to 10 points or most points after 10 minutes wins.

Organization:
Three 2x2 boxes
Balls divided evenly
Instructions:
Goalkeeper starts on knees in middle of box. Server from 1 yard outside box rolls keeper ball on ground, keeper gives ball back while still on ground. Rotate sides after each save. After 6 repitions, rotate server with keeper. After two sets of receiving the ball on the ground, server tosses ball to side of keeper while on their knees for collapse dive save, same repitions and rotation.
Coaching Points:
Extended Dive when ball is on ground outside of reach
Collapse Dive when ball is in air outside of reach
Pushing off legs to propel body in direction of save
Knees bent
Footwork, efficiencey in steps
Using two hands to make save

Progressions:
P- Stand for low/high collapse dives
P- Server stands 6 yards back and shouts a number 1 through 4, goalkeeper goes around corresponding cones from out to in making save in direction of momentum.

Organization:
Goals are 24 yards apart, with a 6 yard box marked. Players evenly distributed. Balls at the left side of each goal.
Instructions:
Keeper Wars: Goalkeepers are stood next to the goal with balls opposite as pictured. 1st goalkeeper steps in front of the goal and is allowed to serve the ball any way they choose from within the 6 to try and score against the opposing goalkeeper, alternating shots. If you are scored on, you are out and repsonsible for providing your team balls. First team to eliminate all of the opposing goalkeepers wins.

Organization:
Two 24x24 area's with two game size goals on each field.
Instructions:
Play 4v4. If the ball goes out of bounds, the opposite goalkeeper begins play from the back. If a goal is scored, a penalty is taken for a bonus point.

Organization:
2x2 sqaure, maximum of 4 players in a sqaure.
Instructions:
Keep It Up: Each player must stand outside the square on a side. One keeper begins by serving the ball with their hands, bouncing it into the sqaure. Together as a team you are only trying to let the ball hit ground once before the next player can hit it with their hands to keep it up. Count how many times yo can progress without the ball bouncing twice.
Coaching Points:
Set Position: On balls of feet, knees bent, elbows out from body, palms facing each other perpindicular to ground half-way between feet and head
Progressions:
P- Must alternate who touches the ball, playing against other pair.
P- teammates must be opposite.
