MOVING AND FOLLOWING THROUGH (DEFENSE)
Objective: Players learn to keep moving after ball contact, thinking about their next objective and linking ideas together. Player also expands goal kick plays out of 'booting it.'

Equipment needed:
Key Defending Principles: BLAMO!
B: Watch the BALL (not the player)
L: Get LOW
A: Key defender should be ARM'S length from the opponent
M: MOVE your feet to match the attacker's direction
O: Watch out for OOOPS mistakes (bad touches, etc.)

HIGH KICKS
Sometimes you have to boot it, and when you do, you should clear the other team's offense.
Get your toe under the ball and angle it to soar up.
