Passing Pattern in Attacking (20 mins)

4 Groups of players

6 Position in the field (A,B,C,D,E, F)

A pass to C (P1), C pass to B (P2), B diagonal pass in wide to D (P3)

D move around of siloutte and find the ball, then play with F (P4)

F pass to C (P5), C pass to E (P6), E diagonal pass in wide to D (P7)

D move around of siloutte and find the ball, then play with A  (P8)

Then we can star again the same sequence.

After 10 minutes we switch of side...Started from E position

PROGRESSION:

  • Set Up two teams (Red and Blue) and star competitiosn of shooting
  • Follow the same sequence 
  • Use both goals with GK
  • In 5 minutes how many scores making every team. (Graphic 2)

Use Half of Field, Two Goal, Soccer Balls, Cones, Vibes

  • Star the same sequence of passing
  • Now both players C-D Attacking and try finishing before at the Red Line
  • When Blue Team finish attacking, Red Team send to players position C-D and star atacking with pass combination
  • Competition for 5 minutes
