Football/Soccer Session (Difficult): 1v1 with 2 goals

1v1 with two goals (20 mins)

Set up: Split the team into two groups. Split the defenders as shown. Two goals with GKers. Two wide target goals and a central gate. The gate should be about 25-30 m from the goals and 5 m wide maximum. The attacking players start another 5-7 m further away from goal than the gate.

Instructions: A black defender dribbles the ball straight across the field stopping the ball in the middle of the gate. He or she immediately sprints around the edge of the gate to get into a defensive position. meanwhile, the attacker goes to the ball and looks to attack into the shooting zone where he or she will look to score. No shots before reaching the shooting zone.
