Organization:
Cones, goals and players set up as shown in the picture. Balls split evenly between the two goals.
Instructions:
The first player in line dribbles towards the cone in front of them, cuts inside and tries to shoot as quickly as possible. After they've shot, the become the goalkeeper and the goalkeeper chases the ball and goes in the back of line next to their goal.
Coaching Points:
- dribble with speed
- bring the ball (cut) towards the middle
- observe goalkeeper and SCORE
Progressions/Regressions:
P- add chasing defender
P- finish with weak foot
