PART TWO: Servers Volley into Goalkeepers Hands/Body
- NO Diving
- Everything into the Body
- Repeat 8-10 Reps
- If only 1 assistant coach then the assistant coach should position himself Centrally

PART THREE: 1 Body/ 1 Low Dive
- Server 1 and Server 2 (Assistant Coach(s) both start with ball in hands.
- Goalkeepers are working their feet by side shuffling across to Server 1. Server 1 Plays 1 into the body. the GK rolls it out to his feet. Server 1 then plays 1 Low Dive to the Right.
- After that the GK Shuffles Left and repeats the same action from Server 2.
- 4 Body and 4 Low Dives to each side = 8 to Left/8to Right
- Always Alternating from Server 1 to Server 2.
- Rest between Sets/Repeat sides

PART FOUR:
- Goalkeeper starts on an angle towards the Near Post.
- Assistant Coach (s) will give the goalkeeper the Turn Call and on that command coach will serve the ball for a Save. The Server must gradually challenge the keeper by playing a Driven Ball from the ground or a Volley from their hands towards the Back Post. The Goalkeeper has to attempt to make a REACTION SAVE by getting across to the make the save.
- you could Use 1-2 Strikers for this if you wish.
- Repeat sides
- 6-8 Reps each side
- 2- 3 minutes.

PART FIVE:
- Assistant Coach (s) with 4 Balls at the top of the 18 yard box.
- You can always rotate your strikers in and have them play against the Goalkeeper.
- This is a free feral/ Anything goes
- Ass. Coach or Strikers try to score.
- Vary the types of finishing (driven in the air, outisde of foot, bent, floated aerial ball, driven on ground etc...)
- 2-3 minutes

PART SIX: Crosses From Flanks
- Server 1 (assistant coach (s) crosses the ball into the Goalkeeper. GK should be looking to collect and win the ball at the top of the 6 yard box.
- As Goalkeeper collects the ball he then distributes the ball to Server 2 (assistant or GK 2)
- Repeat sides
- 4-6 Balls each side
- Vary the Service into the Goalkeeper (inswingers, outswingers, driven, floated,
- 2-3 minutes
NOTE: Rainy Days/ Wet Surface
- Test the surface by playing some skipping balls into GK or overhand throws 3-4 feet infront of the G and driven balls into feet.

PART ONE: Start Warm-up with This Drill - Distribution From Their Feet
1. GK starts on the goaline. Two Servers; Server 1 and Server 2 start at the corner of the 6 yards box. - - Goalkeeper handles passback with feet from Server 1. GK opens up off first touch with thier left and passes with their right foot to Server 2. As the pass is being played to Server 2 Server 1 backs-up 5-7 yards increasing the passing distance for the goalkeeper.
- Continue this sequence and finish at Halfway. As the distance increases the goalkeeper will be asked to play driven balls using their laces.
- Use Assistant Coach and Goalkeeper 2 to assist with this part of the warm-up.
- If you only have 1 Assistant Coach then stay central
VARIATIONS: Younger Kids (U8-U12)
- Same as above but adjust the distances and hav ethem Finish 20-30 yards out from goal.
