Set up: Mannequin placed in front of goal. A Sq in middle of pitch with 4 different colours, Feeder at side of goal with balls. 

Format: Coach calls out a colour cone combination, player reacts ^ touches them cones, then sprint towards mannequins, coach plays ball in & player moves around mannequin to meet pass & shoot, then back to start to repeat.

Progressions: Move the balls to different angle to play passes in.

Player receives ball behind mannequin, skill & shoot.
