Organisation
The goalkeepers in a group of three must work together. One of the goalkeepers must act as he is ready for the cross coming into the box. The other two goalkeepers must throw the ball to each other. The ball must be around head height of the mannequin. Once the goalkeeper deems that the ball is in at a point where he can intercept the ball the goalkeeper must go for the ball to try and punch or catch it.
Challenges
All goalkeepers are in competition between each other. If the goalkeeper catches the ball then he gets one point. If the goalkeeper comes and punches the ballthen he stays in goal but gains no points. If the goalkeeper comes for the ball and misses then he loses a point and swaps with another goalkeeper.

The coach and second server must cross the ball into the box. The goalkeeper must come and collect the crosses with the mannequins causing an obstruction. The goalkeeper must assess when to come for the ball to defend the area or retreat and defend the goal. The goalkeeper will receive 3 crosses from each side before swapping with the other server.

Organisation
In this progression the goalkeeper has the added problem of having to deal with the cross whilst having live players in the area. The goalkeeper must support his players when the cross comes into the box. The goalkeeper must command his area and take the cross. When the ball is not in the area where the goalkeeper can come and catch the ball he must then shout and catch the ball

Organisation
The coach must play the ball into the first player. The blue team must attempt to play into the shaded areas before crossing and scoring from headers or volleys. The goalkeeper must arrange the back four and defensive midfielder to deal with the issue. In the first part of the practice when the ball is played into player 1 the ball must be crossed from behind the right back. There should be success because there is an overload on both sides. If the ball is played into player 2 then the cross must come from behind the left back. in the final part of the practice the coach can play either player (1 or 2) who must work the ball an area behind either full back without any restrictions.

Organisation
The small sided game is designed to exagerate the crossing situations. Whenthe ball is played into the wide area the player with the ball cannot be tackled. He must then cross the ball unopposed into the box. The goalkeeper must deal with the type of cross. For the first 5 minutes goals can only be scored from a cross. For the final 10 minutes goals can be scored from anywhere on the pitch. The only difference is that the goals scored through normal play count for one goal. Any goals scored from the a cross in the outside area is worth double.
