Warm-Up (Fun) King Of The Ring:
Each player starts with 1 x football.
Players must find a space anywhere inside the ORANGE box.
Each players job is to keep their football.
If any player kicks your football outside the ORANGE box you are out and you leave the game.
After a couple of minutes with everyone attempting to keep hold of their ball the coach changes the playing area size to the YELLOW box.
Game continues...
After another couple of minutes the coach changes the playing area to the RED box.
The winner is the last player left in the game with his ball.
Challenges players awareness, dribbling & shielding/protecting the ball.
