2 teams of 4, and 2 defenders, one defender per section.
the 4 players in either section, pass the ball to eachother , while being challenged by the defender, the defender is allowed to rush and hurry the players, but cannot tackle from the beginning.
this session is to make the player recieving the ball, think about what pass should he make? and the timing of the pass. also passing under pressure.
the defender can only switch with the passer, if he/she intercepts the ball. they are allowed to tackle conditions, the defender can tackle the players.
the passers have a maximum of 3 touches.

small sided game - possession
equipment-
10 bibs,
1 ball.
the aim of the game, is to keep hold of possession.
this is played as a normal football game, untill the condition change it.
you score by passing the ball through the other team, and scoring as you would in a normal game.
once one team scores, the other team gets the ball, and we start again.
condition.
everyone in the team needs to have a pass, so it feels like a team game.
each player only has 3 touches, as a maximum.
the players should keep their heads up, and look for a simple pass, the players should try and make the pass as simple as possible for their team mates.

Technical passing drill.
the players, stand either side of each other, on the cones and only get 2 touches, the first touch is to control, the second is to pass the ball to their team mate.
equipment -
5 balls ( 1 per group ),
10 flat cones
condition.
players only get one touch.
maximum of 1/2 touches.
only use the inside of your foot.
i could encourage the players to move the cones further apart, and they could try longer passes.
