3 Defenders start on Goal line, 3 attackers on 6 yard line with one ball between them.
On the trigger, attackers must run up and around the mannequins, being chased by the defenders.
Defenders can only tackle once they're round the mannequin too.
Aim is to encourage sharp, relentless attacking play from the attackers with creativity of coming up with solutions to maintain the headstart to the defenders.
Works very well as a speed test/recovery run for Defenders.

First receiver of phase 2 begins a run from back to front post.
Opposite winger darts in and out, opening up anticipating a cut back or a poor clearance.
Phase 3:
Winger crosses the ball picking one of the 3 players out accurately for a finish.
For rotation, Wingers stick and are rotated every so often, the rest follow their pass each round.
