Organization: Four zones, four players per zone. Each player is given a number from 1-4
Instructions: Players pass to each other in the area, and when coach calls out a number, that player goes clockwise into the next zone to pressure to create a 3v1 situation. Last team with the ball, wins.
Coaching Points:
Angles to receive, and of support
Triangles, option to the right and left
Quick support as ball moves
Quality of pass, weight of pass, cues, etc (points from warm up)
Cues from defenders
Can we play quickly (Tempo, 1, 2 touch pass)
Hold ball to draw defender in and play quickly to open option once defender pressures
Progressions/Regressions:
P- two defenders
P- add goal at each zone so that if the defender wins the ball, they can score
P- If the defender wins the ball can he dribble back to his zone or find a pass to that zone
R- Allow possessing team to accumulate 2-3 passes before defender can pressure once they are in the zone

Organization:
7 cones set up in an "8" shape as shown in the picture. One player on each cone. Balls start at the botton of the "8".
Instructions:
Simple passing (to the right) and follow your pass. Different combinations can be added as the coach sees fit.
