Instructions:
player make a pass and then presses the player he passes to forcing them to take a good first touchaway from pressure, then repeat the process passing to the player on the opposite side then pressing them. after pressing you join the back of the opposite line and th drill keeps rotating players should use both feet in this drill.
Coaching Points:
good first touch

defensive stance when pressing (side on no smeggs) but dont takle
good quality passing
variate between right & left foot

two variations of the drill see bellow
Instructions:
variation one lines B&C have balls A does Not,
player B goes 1v1 with the GK and shoots, B then turns around and defends against a 2v1 were A & C combine to score,player c will start with the ball. after completing players collect there balland will then rotate to the lines on their right
variation two all the lines have balls
player A will go 1v1 with the GK then shoot, A will then turn and recieve a pass from B, A will then set theball to B to have a one touch finish against the GK. B will then turn and C will go 1v1 vs B to score after completing they will collect the balls and rotate to the lines to their right

30 x30 square set up two of these based n your squad size of 25 players
you can use cones ladders what ever you have for theoutside exersize

Instructions:
based on 12 players per square . split the payers n half 6 start with the ball 6 without. 6 players with the ball will drible using variouse techniques then look for a pass to the players that are coming from the outside after fnishing an SAQ exersize.
After completing use the square to play 5v5 with two target players on the sides, players will score by getting the ball from one target player to the next this should last 5 mins. pinnie up one of the teams of five rotate the neutrals after every 2 mins and make sure neutrals are following the line of play.
Coaching Points:
dribbling touches
messi touch (outside pinky toe)
iniesta touch (outside to inside switching feet every two times)
ronaldo touch (bigger touch into space and sprint)
xavi u turn (sole part of the foot to drag the ball across the body then turn your hips once the ball has changed direction)
ronldo chop(inside surface of the back foot to pass the ball behind the leg of the front foot then excelerate away with the ronaldo touch)
