Organisation:
Squad practice.
#6 passes into #5, #5 looks to play into #4, (if the player cannot play into #4, the player keeps the ball circulating until theres an opportunity), #4 into #3, #3 plays down the line to #11, then into #9 who has dropped off, allowing #10 to move ahead of the ball and to be able #9 to pass it.
Practice starts again from #5/#6.
If reds win the ball they can either do a couple of things;
1. First opportunity dribble out and stop the ball.
2. Play to 6 passes then it is a goal for them.
3. If 1 set of 3 group of reds regain the ball in 1 half the other 3 join them in that half for a rondo of 6v2.

Organisation:
#4 passes to #8, #8 passes to #10, #10 passes to the dropping #9 pivot, then plays out to #7. Meanwhile when this movements happen the #9 spins away to get to front post, the #10 advances to middle of goal and #11 secures back post.
Players pass and move and can swap positions.
Practice is repetitive and continuous.
