Players needed = 11 players, 2 teams of 4 and 3 neutral players (players in black). 7 v 4 in possession with positional relevance

Area size = 12x24 metres

The 3 neutral players maintain possession with the team on the outside. When the team of 4 players on the inside win the ball, they quickly transition to the outside and other team comes in the middle, and now they try to maintain possession with the 3 neutral players

Progressions:

1. Swap the neutral players with players from the blue or white team

2. Both teams are always in the middle, no one on outside, but emphasis on team with possession of ball to make the area as big as possible.

Coaching points:

Always moving to try and receive ball

Aware of surroundings in order to move the ball early

Quick ball movement, sharp passes
