Organization:
1. 20x20 area with 5x5 square in center.
2. Players distributed evenly as shown.
Instructions:
1. Players perform series of movements in two lines.
2. Movements include shuffles, skipping, hip extensions, etc.
3. Following movements, players compete in tag game.
4. Player in white is attacker; player in blue is defender.
5. Attacker must get to opposite line without getting tagged.
6. Attacker must enter central box for point to count.
7. Players rotate roles.
Coaching Points:
1. Speed of approach.
2. Slow down on arrival.
3. Body movements.
4. Change of speed.

Organization:
1. 15x10 area.
2. 2 groups of 4 players (set up 3 areas).
3. Plenty of balls.
Instructions:
1. Player at the beginning of the line dribbles towards the middle cone.
2. When he gets to the middle cone, he performs a scissors move and continues forward.
3. When he gets to the end, he turns, passes to next player and runs back to the start.
4. The next player in line repeats process upon receiving pass.
Coaching Points:
1. Head up to observe space.
2. Connect with teammate - eye contact.
3. Quality of approach - Messi touches.
4. Accelerate away - Ronaldo.
5. Execution of moves:
Scissors
a) Move nearest foot around the front of the ball.
b) Foot finishes on the outside of the ball.
c) Drop the shoulder as the foot plants.
d) Take ball away using outside of opposite foot.
Double Scissors
a) Move nearest foot around the front of the ball
b) Foot finishes on outside of the ball.
c) Drop the shoulder as the foot plants.
d) Complete the same motion with the opposite foot.
e) Take ball away with outside of first foot.
Inside Scissors
a) Move the ball inside with the inside of the foot.
b) Do not put foot down and perform scissors motion.
c) Move foot around front of ball.
d) Plant foot to the side.
e) Take ball away using outside of opposite foot.
Progressions:
- Work on both feet.
-- Passer presses immediately to apply passive pressure.

Organization:
1. 30x20 area
2. Two goals set up as shown.
3. Two groups as shown.
4. Plenty of balls.
Instructions:
1. Defender passes across to the attacker standing in the gate.
2. Defender presses after his pass.
3. Attacker looks to score on either of two goals.
4. If the defender wins the ball, he can counter by attacking the gate.
5. Play is over after someone scores or the ball goes out.
6. Players go back to their line and two new players begin the process.
7. Change roles after 2-3 minutes.
Coaching Points:
1. Quality and direction of first touch.
2. Look to attack space.
3. Head up to recognize space and pressure.
4. Selection of move.
5. Execution of move.
6. Look to cut into space across defender.
7. Accelerate away.
Progressions:
P - Add a time limit to score.
P - Assign different values to each goal to encourage attacking a specific side.

Ronaldo:
- Lots of space, take bigger touches
- Pick up head after every touch
Progressions:
- Do intermittant SAQ movements around the area without the ball.
