Method:
Phase of play:
7V7 Plus GK set up is played on a pitch of two-thirds the length of a full-sized pitch.
Red are set up 2-4-1 shape and must at some point use the N9 before getting shot off at the opposing goal.
- the defending team Blues are set up 2-3-2 shape the two forwards are locked into an attacking zone and used only as target players.
- Start position- ball served from coach into two defenders on the Red team and they must look to combine and create before scoring.
- If the Blue team win possession at any point they must attempt to find their two target players after one or two passes.

Session Objectives

Movement game/warm -ups
Function:
This movement game in which 14 players are split up into tow identical of seven set up in a formation 3-3-1
- The players must transfer the ball using their hands, making different passing combinations.
-Players can rotate positions, but the N9 position must always be filled.
-As a progression, any receiving player must first control the ball with their chest before catching and throwing to the next player.
