Players will do 4 of the stations 8 minutes each. Do 2 stations, give a water break, 1 stations water break, then scrimmage. If a player wants water, let them get it. Don't stop for water too often unless there is excessive heat. Stop the last station with 20 minutes left regardless of the time into 3rd station. Always end each session with a cheer. Do this training for both of your practice days in the same week. i.e do this same training Monday and Wednesday.

ORGANIZATION (Physical Environment / Equipment / Players)
Cones to mark a 20x15 area. 1 ball per attacking player.
COACHING POINTS / KEY CONCEPTS
Attacking player starts with ball to the opposite end of the grid. Defender attempt to win the ball and dribble out of the zone. The players that lose their ball become a defender in the next game. If an attacker dribbles out of bounds, they become a defender. Once everyone has made it to the end of the zone, the game begins again. Defending players do not kick everyones ball out of the grid.
Encourage attackers to keep the ball close. Touch the ball every 1-2 steps and use cut moves to avoid losing the ball. Only increase the number of defenders if attackers are not being challenged. Don't let the players only go after the same person.
