Essence:
tap in
Structure:
A starts at the cone. He walks to the second cone, the ball is hit by B and A deflects the ball from the penalty spot. A Then carries on for a second deflection at the front post hit by C.
Pointers:
It is easier for the deflector to time at the first deflection. Here you can hit the ball at different times (early or late) At the second deflection it crosses the ball line at a specific time, and the timing is much more difficult.
Variation:
- Dots with a line run to the ball. First practice just the deflection in from first position.
+ Put an attacker in the back of the tipper.
+ The tipper must alternately tipped the ball low or high.

Structure:
Player A and B start in the circle and move to open two passing lines
Player C runs with the ball and plays the ball to player A or B
The same is done on the right hand side
Pointers:
The player on far post must adjust his position so that he doesn't stand directly behind the first player.
Make sure you have the stick on the ground and on your feet for stands.
Stay as leading player off balls that appear after you come to the player behind you
Variation:
+ The pass is harder / closer
+ Player A and B start at the top of the circle in relation to the player in possession (tech 2)
+ Add a defender in the circle (Caution hazard!).
- The pass comes from further away.
- Only one player in the circle.

Structure:
Player A leads towards penalty spot and then quickly breaks away from the goal to receive a pass from D. A then joins group behind B. C then leads towards penalty spot and breaks away from goal to receive a pass from B. C then joins group behind D.
Pointers:
Sharp and quick movement away from penalty spot.
Move feet to get into scoring position.
Awareness of goal and the scoring angles.
Player D uses a slap technique.
Player B uses the fake slap technique by rolling the ball off his stick.

Structure:
Player A leads into the circle and scores using a FH hit. A then continues lead into the circle, moves feet to open body in order to score using either a FH deflection from B's pass. As a progression, defender C can appl reverse pressure on A and A can decide whether to lead to the left or the right. Exercise to be done from both the left and right of the circle.
Pointers:
Sharp and quick movement away from penalty spot.
Decision making with regards to defender.
Move feet to get into scoring position.
Awareness of goal and the scoring angles.

Structure: Player 1 moves across baseline for player B to look for a pass. Player 1 then leads back towards player B and as he does this player B hits the ball across the goal. Player 1 then deflects the ball on his BH. Player 2 moves across baseline for player A to look for a pass. Player 2 then leads back towards player A and as he does this player A hits the ball across the goal. Player 2 then deflects the ball on his FH. Player 1 will join the back of Player 2's area and player 2 will join the back from Player 1's area. Player A will move to the back of Player B's line and Player will move to the back of Player A's line.
Pointers: Player 1 needs to ensure that he is leading back towards the ball, needs to still be outside far post so as to make the goalbox a wider area from which to score. Player B must wait until Player 1 leads back towards him before he hits the pass to ensure good timing for the pass. Ensure low body position when deflecting the ball, and hit pass should be hit so the ball crosses in front of Player 1.
