Technical Transition
10-15 mins break down 3 lots of 4 min blocks so that interventions can be held and demonstarions can be added if needed.
2 grids 30-30
10-12 players based on numbers you have
Rules
2 rondos going on side by side, try and leave at least a 1-2 meters in-between pitches so that player C and D are not getting in each others way
players A,B,C & D pass to each other keeping ball away from player E, same happens in both boxes.
coaching player touch, player awareness and player E ability to close down and use pressure.
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
To progress this coach will blow whistle and allow both players E from each grid to work together to get the ball, players C & D will also now become part of the middle, so now it becomes inside players vs outside players.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
challenges when the whistle is blown by the coach, you now have 4 players in the middle and the outside have to wok the ball around to keep possession.
target for the inside to work as a team press or individually
outside players to retain possession under pressure.
