Station 1 (15 mins)

Station 1

Equipment: PER LINE - 1 rebound board- 2 Disc cones - 2 Hurdles.

Set up: 2 disc cones 5 yards away from rebound board. 2 hurdles 5 yards behind rebound board. Each player will have a ball.

Execution- One player will start between the two disc cones with a ball. The rest of the line will start at the hurdles with a ball.

Player between the cones will perform a pass off the board and control their ball, they will then dribble to the back of the line at the hurdles.

Player at the hurdles will jump with two feet over the hurdles then go to the passing line.

Progression- begin with dominant foot then progress to weak foot.

Finish with a competition. every player must get through the pass and the hurdles 3 times etc.

Focus- Passing: using the inside of our foot and follow through to the target.

Station 2 (15 mins)

Station 2

Equipment: PER LINE- 1 bownet - 1 disc cone - 1 tall cone. Each player will have ball.

Set up: Set up starting line to the right side of the goal. 1 tall cones 8-10 yards away from goal in the centre.

Execution- Players will dribble from the starting cone to the tall cone, they will dribble around tall cone and then look to finish on goal.

Progression- Begin with dominant foot and progress to finishing with weak foot.

Finish with a competition of how many goals can each line score in a certain amount of time.

Focus- Finish with either the inside of their foot or laces.

Station 3 (15 mins)

Station 3-

Equipment: PER LINE- 6 Disc cones - Each player will have a ball.

Set up: 4 disc cones about 2-3 steps apart. 2 disc cones set up as a gate 6-8 yards away. 1 ball will stay at the gate and more balls will stay with the line.

Execution- Players will begin by dribbling through the 4 disc cones, once they finish get out of the 4 disc cones, they will then dribble the ball back to their line and then run to the gate. Once they get to the gate they will complete 5-10 toe taps or foundations and run back.

Progression- Begin with using any foot, progress to dominant foot, then weak foot.

Finish with a race. Each player must get through 2 full rotations.
