Organization: In the the area 40 yds by 40 yds divided into 2 zones.
Blue defender must receive the ball from red striker, 2 defenders must try to combine between themselves to pass the line.
2 attackers must sprint to defenders and start defending. If/when attackers win the ball - must try to pass the line on the opposite side.
Coaching Points:
- focusing on reading flight of ball and controlling ball under pressure
- body position, directional defending;
- read first touch to win the ball, reading the clues - anticipation.
- communication.
Progression:
- attacker who passed the ball must sprint around the cone before start defending.

Ball is played by one of the attackers inside to the striker and 3 players start attacking 3v2 towards the goal. Defenders if/when win the ball must try to attack opposition goal. offside rule is applied.
5 intervals of 3 min 1 minute rest.
Coaching Points:
- reading pass andreacting to press or intercept pass under control
- body position and angle of defending;
- pressure - cover;
- cutting of one option - channeling;
- offside - depth of the second defender.

Organization: 8v6+1(GK) on half field. field is divided into 3 zones. Half line - offside line.
Red team fullbacks and wide strikers must stay wide, wide strikers can only come into penalty box in attacking zone.
Allow only 2(1) defenders defend in the outside zones.
Coaching Points:
- Work on defensive principles and reinforce offside line with defending team.
- Offside line set by second defender.
- Outside full backs communication with CB.

Red attacker must play the ball to blue defener, defender must try to control the ball in area. Attacker must sprint to defender and start defending. If/when attacker wins the ball - must try to dribble pass the line.
Coaching Points:
- focusing on reacting to service and controlling ball under pressure from attacker
- body position, channeling to weaker side or side line by the pressing attacker
- read first touch to win the ball, reading the clues - anticipation.
