Guardiola 2v2 Passing box

Set-Up:

• Area: 20x20 grid
• Players: Two teams of 4 (2 central players + 2 target players per team)
• Orientation: One team works horizontally, the other vertically.

Activity:

• Both teams start with a ball, aiming to transfer possession between their target players on opposite sides of the grid.
• Target players to move freely along their line to receive passes.

• Central players can move freely within the area. 

Progression:

• The first team to complete 20 successful transfers from one side to the other wins the game.
• Teams compete to transfer the ball from one target player to the other, earning 1 point per successful transfer. Defenders aim to win possession and connect with their target players to score.
• Encourage target players to reposition to create better passing angles.
