Set Up: Use an area 20*15. Set up multiple fields if necessary
Play 2v1. Team with 2 scores by dribbling through either of the two small gates shown in the diagram. If the defender wins they ball he/she score in the full sized goal with GK. Team with 2 always starts with the ball, GK will start the play.
Be sure to switch sides so that both teams get a chance to attack and defend.

Set Up: Use a 30*20 grid with two gates on each end. Play 3v2, but when the ball goes out, a goal is scored, or time goes too long – new players from each team enter the field. Pass through the gate to score. Ball can be started from the coach each time a game starts or have the opposition team play a pass across. Ball always gets played to the team with 3 players. Switch sides to ensure both teams get to attack with 3 players.
Coaching Points:
What can you do to help your teammate when they have the ball? Spread out so that you have plenty of space to receive a pass
What should you do if you have the ball and you have space? Dribble with head up to find the next pass or chance to score

Use a 40*30 grid. Play 4v4/5v5
Encourage players to use what they have learned during the session in the game play. Make sure we praise the players when they try to implement what we worked on during the session.
Things to look for during game play:
1. Opportunities for players to receive the ball across their body. This should be praised if done by the players during the game setting. Players will still need guidance to continue to do this.
2. Correct passing/receiving technique
3. Adequate spacing
4. Players making decisions about when to pass/shoot/dribble.

Technical warm up - Receiving Across Body (10 mins)
Set up: Create a triangle 15 yards on each side (create multiple if needed). All the balls will begin on one corner of the triangle. Players will do a combination of passing and dribbling to move the ball around the area. The sequence is listed below:
- 1. Player one will start with a pass to player two
- 2. Player two will then receive the ball across their body and start dribbling towards player three and then pass to player three.
- 3. Player three will receive the ball across their body and speed dribble to the back of the line where player one started
Each player will follow their pass within the sequence. Switch the direction the players progress around the area so players have to receive the ball across their body the opposite foot.Coaching Points:
