Passing Pattern to represent wide player coming inside and A taking the space to give width.
A - B , B then dribble inside and plays C supporting underneathe.
C then plays A whos overlapping B, C crosses to A & B (C attacks byline or crosses first time depending on depth/quality of pass.

Play 9v9
Encourage different rotations in the 3-1-3-1 formation.
A:
Holding Midfield to full back to attract pressure and full back then goes high with the outside midfielder coming into the inside channel.
B:
Another option would be the centre back going wide and the full back going high, then the outside midfielder goes into the inside channel.
These are just examples we want to encurage all types of interchange.
Coaching Points:
- Interchange of players is to unbalance defenders
- Forward players to take advantage of space in behind if defenders are dragged higher up the field or into the inside channel.
- Defenders or deeper players reading cues of attacking players to take space left by their movement.
- Movement is not rigid and the same but flows with the natural progression of the build up phase, otherwise its easily marked/defended.

4v4 + 2 + 2N - Collective Possession to Advance with an emphasis on player rotation.
4v4 in Central Zone, with 1 player of each team in the channels (outside players can be pressed by inside players but not opposition outside player)
(There must always be 1 player from each team in each channel)
2 Neutrals on the outside (Generally Keepers) cannot play the outside players and are just there to help keep possession.
The focus being on the outside player passing or dribbling inside the middle area and the closest players interchanging and taking his space in the channel.
