3 players on the outside of the 18 yard box with 2 more around 25 yards out
2 players close to the keeper have balls while the players further out do not
Keeper has to keep the ball circulating around the 3 while finding the spare man who does not have a ball each time.
If the coach shouts "break" then the keeper must pass the ball through to the players 25 yards out, simulating breaking the lines on the pitch to start an attack.
Players further out give the ball back to one of the 3 players closer in and it starts again.

When these players get the ball, the situation becomes a 3 vs 2, as shown above as reds vs orange. These players must drive towards the goal and try to score while the keeper should be communicating with their defence.
Progression - Put mini goals where the attacking team started, If the defence win the ball, they can try and score in the mini goal either by the goalkeeper passing it in themselves or by playing their defenders into space.

Build up with the ball game
Teams of 4 made up with a keeper and 2 defenders in 1 half, with their attacker in the other half.
Keeper needs to get 5 passes with their defenders before either finding their attacker in the oppositions half, or their defenders dribbling over.
When the ball crosses the half way line, the 2 defenders can cross with it, creating a 3v2 overload and try to score. If the opposition win the ball, the 2 defenders must enter their own half again and the opposition team can now try and build their attack with the same rules.
If the striker wins the ball from the team building the attack, they can try and score a goal for their team.
