Progressions: When coach puts their hand up in the air players must swap squares horizontally rather than vertically, this is to encourage players to have their head up and scanning while dribbling. Coach mixes up Go and hand in the air signals
Coaching Points: Perception - head up scanning to avoid other players, distance of other players, scanning for space; Decisions - which direction to run the ball, when to turn or change direction; Execution - use of right and left foot, inside and outside of foot to change direction, top of foot to move quickly between squares

Area: 40 x 30 two 5m end zones; Players 12 players 6 v 6,
Expanation: attacking team collects a ball from defensive end zone, maintaining possesion to creat an opportunity for an attacking player to dribble the ball into the end zone, 5 points for dribble into end zone after only one pass, reduce points available by one for every pass completed prior to getting a player into the end zone, minimum points 1. Score three or more points and the attacking team restarts play again, otherwise defensive team starts when 2 or 1 points scored, if defensive team wins the ball they become attacking team same points system.

RWB Skill Introduction (5 mins)
Area: Four 10 x 15 grids Players: 8-16 players, for 12 divide 6 with one colour 6 with another colour, three of the same colour in each of the four grids aligned vertically, all with ball.
Explantion: All players with a ball dribbleing within their square, the coach calls a colour and the players of that colour swap squares verticially. Other player continue to dribble in their own square. If the coach calls Go both colour swap sqaures vertically at the same time.
Step Up Fast movement between squares, narrow squares
