Working possession, grid is 35x50yrd wide. Trying to establish our identity
OB can go into grids A/B to become inverted, can go all the way up the line
9 can drop into C/D to overload the zone
the 3 midfields cannot occupy the same square
Wingers can move up and down the line and/or inside grid C/D
***If white wins the ball they try to keep it away from green for as long as possible****

We will play with an attacking team in a 4-4 structure, with two centre backs, two full backs, twomidfielders and two wingers. The defending team are with 5 players in a 2-3 structure; two midfieldersand three forwards. The aim of the attackers will be to finish in one of the two mini created in zone 3,which they must drive through with the ball under control. For the defenders, if they manage to win theball back, they must score in th goal in zone 1. In addition, when the attacking team manages toreach zone 3, the coach can activate an attacking transition for the defenders, sending a ball to one ofthem so that they can attack with the opponent disorganised.
Concepts:
Midfielders Line: Establishing diagonalpositions to the other lines
Adapt a body position to perceive as much informationas possible.
Scoring:
- Attackers: scoring a goal is worth 1 point.
- Defenders: if they score a goal in less than 3 passes thepoint is worth double. The goal must always be from zone1.

4v1 w/tranitions
Practice Organisation:
- 20 players.
- 5 yd rondos.
- 10 yds spacing between grids.
- All the rondos start with 4v1.
- The idea is to introduce the attack to defence quick transition mentality.
- For players who miss the ball they will have to move away from the rondo they are playing in and go to defend in another one.
- Work as fast as possible.
- Rondos played on 1 touch.
