A: GK plays a 1-touch pass back to 2 and 3, then deals w/scoop from 1.
B: Same as previous but 2-touch and contour catch from 1.
C: Same as previous but on server 1s bounce of the ball, GK drop sets out of the box before playing 1-touch or 2 touch pass to server 2 and 3. Then steps back down ball line to deal w/server 1 service.
D: GK drop steps to get around back right or left cone and deals w/collapse dive service from 2 and then 3. All movements in set shape. Then deals with service from 1 for a upright contour or basket.
E: Same as previous but 2 and 3 serve for mid-range collapse.
CPs.
-Focus on Set Shape: Encourage them to find comfortable set position that is efficient and within curriculum.
-All movments in set shape so that eye-lilne stays the same.
-Push hands to the ball and then move feet behind the ball.
-Where the hands go, the eyes and body follow.
-Handling technique.
-Quality of service, emphasis on creating training environment culture.
