Possession & transition game

3 teams of 5

Reds in one grid and blues in another grid. Yellows will be defending.

create a 5v3 in one grid with 2 yellows defending on the line in the middle.

Reds try to keep possession in their grid, if reds can make 5 passes, they then can make a pass to the blues, another 3 yellows will need to go and defend. If blues can make 5 passes, they then can transit the ball to reds and repeat. 

Teams in possession dont have to transit on the 6th pass, they can observe and keep possession until timing is right - space to progress.

If yellows win the ball, for example - yellows won the ball from reds, yellows need to pass the ball to blues to regain possession. If yellows can make a pass to blues successfully, they can take the grid where reds had, and reds become defenders. Same thing happens if blues lose the ball.

Out of possession - 

1) Press together as a unit

3) Transition after regain possession
