Set out three cones in a line 2 ft between each cone.
Have two players stand 5 ft apart.
1) Right Foot only: Play starts with player 1 passing the ball through the gate to player 2. Player 2 takes their first touch to the right and moves the ball across to the next gate. After passing the ball, both players must move across to the open gate to receive the ball.
2) Left Foot only: Same as above, but players start on the opposite side and use the left foot only.

Set up a triangle of cones.
1) Have players stand 5ft apart across the triangle. Players must pass the ball through the triangle. When players receive the ball, they must take their first touch behind the cone and move to a new side of the triangle.
2) Make a competition: every time the opponent makes a mistake, you would get the point. Ways to get the point

2) receiving player has 10 seconds on the ball before the opposing player can steel it
