Method: Setting trap from striker. 

Striker will let keeper play out to a defender ,  As soon as keeper passes the ball the striker will make a run to close down the defender. The 3 midfielders in blue will press the 3 midfielders in red so defender who received the ball has minimal options. 

Coaching Points:

When Striker understands his roll, get the striker to slightly bend his run towards the keeper then towards receiving player so player cannot go backwards and send him into the trap.  Also get striker to identify early in the game who is strongest player in the defense , On goal kicks step towards strongest player forcing goalkeeper to go out the other side each time then set the trap.

Get the 3 Midfielders to stand off on first phase of play by a couple of yards.  Once the keeper plays the ball the midfields press immediately. Should the defender try play into midfield there first taught is to try intercept and try create a goal scoring opportunity. Second taught is to stop play going forward.
