Players start in positions on diagram. Ball must travel through red gate before scoring.
Secure the ball after server delivers underarm roll, then throw in, if touch is good enough, drive through gate and score. White shirt defends from once travelled through green gate.
Progression - Server bounces ball into receiver / driven pass.
Enter box from different angles and understand the difference between facing the field while receiving to being back to the pressure.
Make it easier - inside foot pass from server.
Hold opponent off if needed to secure the ball after first touch. If white shirt player wins the ball, they dribble over the server's line for their point.
Progress to add a second gate at the other side, ball must touch both players (server who now comes onto the field after throwing, and receiver) before driving though a gate to finish.

Ball is played from white team defenders to either far black attacker. Ball must be played into striker who is back to goal, then free play. CP - Number 9 holds ball up and secures possession against white centre backs. Score when able or use support.
Progression - ball cannot be played backwards once it goes to striker. Supporting midfielders must make aggressive runs in behind. - Add one touch finish for midfielder or two touch for striker to roll the opponent.
Make simpler - defenders stay at the goal until the forward pass to striker is made.
