SAQ + ball control conditioning
Organization
2 players on the right side of each end of pole arrangement. Players sprint while dribbling ball pole 2, then turn and return to pole 1, turn then forward to pole 3, turn and return to pole 1. Players maybe be free to dribble and turn with ball as they wish but must keep speed.

Activity Description: 4 v4 + 2 targets/end zones
Organize
teams play 4 v 4 must combine to get to targets in end zones (4 min rounds keep score -fitness for teams that lose games), point is earned if team connects to each target player in succession.

limit touches/ cannot play back into zone player

Objective: Work on 1 touch combinations developing good body orientation and 1 touch passing.
Organizing
3 Phases. switch with only near cone always (blue with blue, yellow with yellow)
1) Short to near cone then long to far cone. Then the yellows do the same pattern. (Note: once red plays long he switches with the other red).
2) Short, medium, long. Same on the other side. Red still only switches with red and yellow with yellow.
3) Short, Medium, overlap, long. Same on other side. Red still only switches with red and yellow with yellow.
Work/Rest:
1:30/ :30 x 6 (working both sides for each progression)
