Main Principle: Rational occupation of space-->Space of Support
Player actions
Vocab: Help/Help Space
1. Body positioning to play forward or play to an open teammate
2. positioning at different lines
3. Scanning before receiving the ball, while in control of the ball, after passing the ball and moving to the identified space for a passing line.
1st: Receiving with poor body positioning leads to automatic turnover, emphasize technique (heel down toe up)
3nd: Identify when 3 players enter zone of the ball to trigger the cue to PROGRESS forward
3rd: Cannot play a straight ball forward (EX: 2-->8)
4th: take away two spaces and play in one rectangle

PM
Players try to progress the ball into any of the 3 mini goals.
RM
Try to recover the ball ASAP when lost. When ball is in one width of the field, all defensive players should shift to the ball side half.
Constraints

Rules: Play with offside. Can use target players instead of goals. Throw-ins when ball into touch. If 3 corners for a team, counts as a goal.
Formation: Should play 2-3 or 2-4 (including CBs, HMFs, OBs) targeting players involved in the build out.
Progression: Can include a GK to defend the 3 targets with their hands and play as a supporting player behind the ball.
Points: 1 point for side goals, 3 points for the middle goal.
Time: 3 Rounds of 6 minutes with 1 minute rest between.
