Objective: Practice drawing the defense with posession on one side and SPOA - Switching Point Of Attack.
Instructions:
Half of the field. One big goal and three small goals. Build out line.
Blue team is defending big goal and attacking three small goals. Following the laws of the game from kick off, red team players can not cross the build out line until GK touches the ball. We want our forward to press the ball first,no matter what side the ball is played from the GK. Only forwead steps over the build out line to press. We have 3v1 situation in the blues defensive third, and blue team is trying to move the ball in to middle third, in order to move forward and attempt to sore the goal. If the blue team is succesfull drawing the forward close and quickly moving the ball in to middle third, they will have the advantage of playing 4v3 in the middle third with better chance of scoring goals.
Variation: Let all blue team cros sthe ball afer build up, creating 6v4 in the middle third.

Objective: Building up play from the back with passing and switching play.
Instructions: Three chanels with 1v1 situation in each chanel and a small goal at the end. The blue team defends the big goal with goalkeeper, and GK can pass to any blue player at all times. The blue team builds the play and aim to score on small goals. They CAN NOT leave the channels at any point and ALL 3 players must touch the ball before a goal can be scored. Encourage good passing and switching play. If the red team wins the ball , all red players can move freely in order to counter. blue players become defenders but must still remain within their chanels.

Full field , two 7v7 teams. Three lanes and three thirds of the field . In defensive or offensive third teams play 2+GK v 1 (advantage to defenders). In the middle third we have 3v3 game. Team in posession is required to build out in to middle third and deliver the ball to the forward in offensive third surrounded by two defenders and GK.
Players are required to stay in their lanes.
Variation: players in posession in the middle third can move lanes to create numerical advantage, but only after they pass from onside their own lane. Players defending can not change the lanes.
Variation 2: Players in posession can move one player up the field (next third) to create overload.
