Session Organisation:

3 Stations to work through

Station 1

1. Player 1  starts 5 yards away from server A. Server A plays ball a ball into Player 1's feet, who returns pass and sprints 10 yards to Server B to receive and return a 5 yard pass before sprinting 10 yards back to start.

2. Player 1 starts 5 yards away from server A. Server A plays ball a ball into Player 1 to volley return, Player 1 returns volley and sprints 10 yards to Server B to receive and return a 5 yard volley before sprinting 10 yards back to start.

3. Player 1 starts 5 yards away from server A. Server A plays ball a ball into Player 1 to head over the mannequin,  and sprints 10 yards to Server B to receive and return a header over the mannequin before sprinting 10 yards back to start.

Repeat process twice

Players work:rest ratio is 1:2 

Station 2

Player A is attached to a 'bungy cord'. Player A sprints 10 yards to touch the mennequin before jogging backwards to player holding 'bungy cord'. Repeat this x5 times (total)

Players work:rest ratio is 1:1 

Station 3

1. Player starts at top of station (behind pole)
2. Player travels laterally over steps (leading with left leg)to play a 5 yard bounce pass with server.

3. Player returns to pole, moving laterally over steps (leading with right leg)

Repeat process 4 times total (alternating which leg to lead and pass with)

Players work:rest ratio is 1:1
