Objective:
To develop timing of runs and quality of crossing and finishing technique *
Organization:
2 players per channel
Both channels set up (right and left) Players set up position specific (4 areas)
Players return to same cone. Movement for next group begins when cross is player from other side.
Progression:
Add 1 defender (8 or 10 join attack)
Add 2 defenders (other winger can come inside)
Coaching points:
Time the runs (Stay onside) #9 gets across front post. 8 and 10 look to join the attack.

Objective:
Play a penetrating pass to allow the 9 to spin in behind and score
Organization:
Use both sides if numbers allow (more than 12)
Players rotate clockwise)
Progression:
Switch sides
Coaching points:
Weight of pass
Angle/timing or run
Use of body to keep ball safe side
(Get back on side for phase 2)
