Showing different ways to hit a ball after a save:
Punt, Side-volley, Drop-kick, or off the ground kick

In-goal Punts & Goal kicks
1. GK dives to stationary ball
2. GK gets up and moves to opposite cone
3. S1 hits a low, hard pass to red cone for GK to save
1. GK gets up and looks towards the goal and runs to blue cone
2. S2 plays a ball on the ground to GK
3. GK controls the ball and hits it into the net (3 and switch)
***Progression** Bounce save, Save high ball, punt/volley/drop kick into goal (3 and switch and 3 drop kicks and switch)

Set Up
1. 1 cone is set up on each side, 30 - 35 yards apart.
2. Teams of 2 will set up on opposite sides of each other
3. Each team will have a ball (2 balls)
Practice:
1. Yellow team will punt to yellow team/ Green team will punt to green
2. Opposite side will catch the punt of the other. They will place it down on the ground.
3. Team with the ball closest to the cone will win the point.
4. First team to 7 wins

2. Opposite side will trap the kick of the other. They will try to get it as close to the cone as possible. (1 touch only)

Back of the Net challenge
Set up
* 1 ball per person
* Each player must hit the back of the net, in the air to move on
* If balls hits the back of the net, in the air, the player can move back in distance.
* Most wait for all to go each round before you can hit your 2nd ball
* First person to hit the net from all 4 zones, wins.
***Note** can't hit the side netting and it can not hit the poles. Must hit the back.
***Youngers can go from 6, 12, 18, 24 yards ***

2-touch: Seperate and pass (1min)

(Red cone to Blue Cone) Black team moves back and forth/ **Switch** Red team moves
1. Black team play 2 touch with Red. Every 2 passes, Black team moves back 1 cone.
2. Once at farthest cone, Black team come 1 cone closer, every 2 passes until back to starting
3. Switch and Red team controls it, separates it and passes it back to Black, and moves up and back every 2 passes(2min)
4. **Progression** Both teams will move back after every 2 of their passes and will move back up with every 2 passes (2min
Warm up 3
(Red cone to Yellow cones) Black team moves to Yellow Cones
1. Black Team overhand throws to Red teams feet
2. Red team control it, separate it and play it back in the air to Black teams hands (2 mins)
3. Switch roles and do the rotation again (2mins)

(Red cone to Red Cone)
1. Black team Volleys out of the hands to the Red team
2. Red team throws it back to Black
3. Switch rolls and repeat (2min)
