Small Sided Game (15 mins)

Key Factors

• Small Sided Game based on Passing and Receiving (creating movement off the ball)
• 5v5 5 Reds and Blues
• Aim is for the players to be able to create movements to any of the four goals on the corners of the pitch and receive a pass and score a goal with 1 touch finish. 

Observations

• Observe the player mechanics of passing and their body shape when receiving the ball.
• Observe the players intensity and movements. 

• Stop a session to explain to a team if they were not doing a certain technique or maybe the timing of movements might be too late or early.
• Pull a individual out of the session to help them with their movements or spotting a certain space and pass (or maybe give them certain targets to achieve in the session to help them progress.
