Football/Soccer Session (Moderate): 1vs2 and 1vs3 - gate game (Start Time: 2018-11-06 17:00:00)

1vs2 and 1vs3 - gate game (20 mins)

Organization:

Create a square 5x5 yards with on each side a gate. On the corners players will stand.

Instructions:

(1) Player A pass the Ball to player C who is checking in in the center. At the moment he receives the ball player A and B gives pressure on the ball. Player C can score by dribbling through gate 1,2 and 3.

(2) Player A passes the ball to player C who is checking in in the center, player A,B and D are giving pressure. Player C can score in gate 1,2,3,4.

If the defenders steel the ball they have to pass the ball three times to eachother and they can score by dribbling threw the gate.

Coaching Points:

- Look up from the ball where the space is.

- Use different moves to go into the space (backmoves,sidemoves, passing moves)

- Keep the ball close

- Accelerate right away into the space
