Small Sided activity (25 mins)
Organization:

18x12 rectangle
with 6 yard endzone.
1 ball per 2 player team.
Instructions:
Player 1 and 2 will go against player 3.
Player 1 and 2 will look for wall pass to beat player 3 to get to end zone.
Coaching Points:
Head: Up or down
Pass: short, long, chip, hard or soft.
Movement: Close or wide.

1. Defeinding player plays passive defense
2. Defending player plays live defense.
