3v2 practice to goal.
Goalkeepers alternate every 2-3 balls. Red team defending in groups of 3 (2 defend, 1 rest) and Blue team attacking in groups of 3 (1 team attack 1 team rest)
Can we exploit the overload and create consistent opportunities to score?
Can we find the free player?
Can we make creative runs to confuse the defenders?
Can we execute when given the chance?
If Red defenders win the ball or the goalkeeper makes a save and holds the ball, the out-pass is straight into the next group of blue attackers. Blue attacker that receives first ball must make 1 pass before the team attacks.

Ask the players what they would do differently now? Some answers may be :
- Take out the half way line and make it free play
- Have the wide players join in the build-out half aswell as the attacking half
Ask the players what they want to reward?
- Double points for a first time finish?
- Double points from finishing off a cross?

3v2 in each half, with goalkeepers and 2 neutral wide players in channels.
Objective is for 3 defenders to play out and find a forward player in the attacking half. Once this has been done one defender can join the attackers in that half making a 3v3. Both wide neutrals will become live in possession in the attacking half to create a 5v3 overload to goal.
Players locked in half until attacking pass is made. Wide players free to roam inside from channel when moment arises.
