Defensive Shape Grid (1st, 2nd, 3rd Defender)
- 2 or 3 defenders in defensive channel in the middle of the grid
- attackers on connecting grids try to move the ball and connect passes through the defenders
- defenders move as a unit with the ball; 1st defender steps to the ball while 2nd and third defender support with proper angles
- after 5 take aways the defenders switch with three attacking players
